These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from PL Store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

PL Store sells digital products (PDF guides) and physical products (apparel, accessories, merchandise).

3. Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Total price includes the product price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees (where applicable).

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We accept payments through Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards and other supported methods).

5. Digital Products

  • Delivered via email instantly after purchase

  • Non-refundable

  • For personal use only

  • May not be shared, resold, or distributed

6. Physical Products

  • Shipped within 3-5 business days

  • Returns accepted within 14 days (unused, original packaging)

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

7. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and download link (for digital products) or shipping confirmation (for physical products).

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by DMing @peterslogic on TikTok. After that, digital products are non-refundable. Physical products cannot be canceled once shipped.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties on your order. These are not included in the price.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
